Really nice tiles here but service is atrocious. The sales manager John showed me around and honestly gave me the vibe that he didn't have time to deal with me. I requested samples of a few tiles and the only ones that didn't show up were the ones I wanted the most... Ended up buying them anyway since I was in a rush to source these for my contractor. Delivery is $180 flat so I decided to pick them up since Im often in south Jersey anyway. See picture for how they gave them to me...15 or so loose tiles and a one full box. How am I supposed to travel with this moving around in my car?? There's also loose mosaic tiles under the first box to the right. The shrink wrap you see there is how they recommended me to transport them.....lol Fast forward a couple hours to when I got home and I realized I was given damaged tiles..... Luckily I bought extra and I didn't need them - refund for these were relatively easy. I had extra of the large format tiles that I wanted to return and was told me they wouldn't take them back. I read the return policy multiple times before I purchased and no where here does it say I couldn't return these tiles. I was told that only full boxes of tiles were able to be returned. Doesn't say that anywhere in their return policy and they were sold to me as loose tiles to begin with.... Of course their store manager just stopped answering my emails (I was annoyed but not rude at all) TLDR: I'd recommend to go elsewhere unless you find tiles here you can't find at other shops. Horrible service all around, I can keep going but im not dedicating more of my time to this bs.

Amanda Mackenzie is my personal TileBar representative who Ive done several projects with. She has been really responsive and quick to provide a quote, process an order, handle shipping damage claims, and returns. Would recommend and Ill continue to use TileBar and Amanda's services.

Fast shipping, great selection of different tiles but had numerous broken pieces and since this wasn't a typical shaped tile, the pattern on the floor is off because it required me to order 4 more sheets and custom cut different shaped tiles to fit in the damaged spaces, which increased my work time by a few hours. Since this was used in my personal home it isn't a huge deal but Tilebars damage policy is a bit whack and there was no reimbursement for the 7 broken pieces. They did contact me about this, however they never made it right. The tile looks beautiful, which is a reflection of my work, not Tilebars. The standard style tiles are very reasonably priced and they do have great sample pricing but I'll probably gets samples from them and purchase it locally for future projects, just in case I have damaged tiles, I can actually get it resolved.

Quick delivery and each box was nicely packed. I talked to customer service before ordering and the representative was able to answer all my questions and assure me the product was in stock and I would be shipped quickly. I love the marble tile and I think it looks classic, it won't go out of style very soon. Reasonably priced compared to our local tile store. The manager said she couldn't offer any marble tile close to the price through TileBar.

TileBar was amazing! I couldn't decide on multiple times, both color and design so being able to see the samples in my kitchen was great. I placed an order that was incorrect and the team rectified quickly before it was sent out. I'm truly happy with the quality of the tiles. I would highly recommend them for any and all tile needs!
