Highly recommend Porcenalosa they are the best place to shop for tiles. High quality and endless selection. I especially enjoyed meeting Carla at the front desk she was incredibly helpful and so welcoming.

The front desk and some sales associates are very cold, and say things that make it feel like it’s strange you’re there. There’s only one female sales associate on fourth floor that’s very welcoming. I’d avoid this location, or at least pick your sales associate wisely. If the corporation sees this - please train your employees better, or hire better.

We had a great experience with Porcelanosa. We started eyeing their products for our bathroom remodel as part of a condo renovation. Our project was delayed several times, but we ultimately worked with Andrea Lambert. In summary, she was wonderful! She made what can be a stressful experience, easier to manage. She was patient and really let me take my time as I made decisions tiles and fixtures for our bathroom. She also gave great guidance. As this was my first time doing a remodel, I really appreciated her insight. Andrea has continued to be a great resource even after our project completed. It’s been great to such a personalized experience. In the end, we have a beautiful bathroom, and we have Porcelanosa and Andrea to thank for that!

Beautiful products, excellent customer service and very competitive prices if you are open to different designs and mix and match. I've redone two bathrooms with them and I'm extremely happy with the results. I had a problem with some tiles but Emille was super helpful and shipped new ones from NJ within a few hours!

Beautiful tiles but the sales associate that was assigned to me was completely off putting. I was noticeably stressed picking out tiles and she did not do a good job listening to what I was interested in and just steered me towards the most expensive tiles. I expressed that I wasn’t sure I liked the warm undertones of the tile and she told me she disagreed and just left it at that. I asked her about color similar options and she told me to go look by myself and then said the one I was interested in looked “cheap, like a dirty floor”. I told her many times that the 63 x 126 slabs would not fit into our bathroom door frame and yet somehow they still ended up in my quote. Did not end up purchasing anything at the end.
