Classic Tile

I had the most wonderful experience working with John at Classic Tile. My contractor sent me to big box stores, and that was absolutely not where I wanted to shop because I appreciate local expertise and service. I was referred to classic tile and it was the best choice of my renovation. John took over an hour listening to exactly what I hoped for in my dream bathroom and made every single thing I asked for happen. Further, after I purchased my materials, I stayed in contact with him and he was always there to help and get me anything else I needed within 24 hours or less. I will definitely be going back for all of my other tile and renovation needs - everyone else should too! Excellent customer service, quality materials, great value, and locally owned!

My husband and I just renovated our entire house and got all material from classic tile. We had the pleasure of working with John Lotito, he really helped make our vision come to life. I came in with ideas of what I wanted and he was able to make it happen. He was very personable and very nice to work with. We had no issues with delivery for any of the material and everything came in a timely matter. I would highly recommend going to classic tile!

If you have a bathroom or kitchen project that needs the right tile/marble combinations, do yourself a favor and go see Frankie at Classic Tile. Once you have an idea of color/size tile, Frankie will point you to the best candidates and save you a ton of time. The panels in the store with suggested groupings hung together are so helpful for visualizing your project. When we narrowed down our selection, Frankie gathered samples all together so we could see how they worked as a group. This includes tile, as well as trim, grout and saddle options. It made the process so easy! Highly recommend! Thanks again Frankie!😃

Visited both stores -excellent experience at both. Overall staff is so welcoming. Team at both sites - Joe in Brooklyn and Nicky in Staten Island so helpful. Spent so much time with us ...never felt rushed...they are so patient!! They listened to what we were looking for ..gave us their thoughts, shared their experience to help us create the most beautiful bathroom!! They are experts for sure !! Was such a pleasure at both sites. Delivery was quick - team that arrived was professional and ensured all the tiles, grout , etc..were all perfect ! Would revisit for all our renovation needs!!

This is THE best place to get your tiles.! Professional, friendly service and advice. They took a big burden off our shoulders. Excellent advice on selecting tiles for our 2 bathrooms. They have all the material to do any tile job. Our contractor loves them too! lots of Beautiful high quality tiles in the showroom from all over to choose from. Excellent prices too. These guys are the best!
