I came in desperate for a tile because my order elsewhere was on backorder and my contractors were literally waiting on site. Irit went completely above and beyond to locate it and had it ready for me in just a few days. She handled everything from start to finish and made the whole process effortless. She’s an absolute angel—highly recommend asking for her!

Great Showroom, but the older lookin lady behind the desk- thumbs down. First thing she said - after i said were here to look at some tiles, she says we dont have fries here.. I guess fat shaming me. But ok, i let it slide, when i told her were pricing around, this turned her off you can tell. Anyway she began to show us some tiles, all good. Once i asked her for the price she said I can look it up for you. We waited a good 5 minutes. No price. She went to her desk and began to eat. We approached her and she said nothing, we saw she wasnt interested. We said thank you for your time, have a good day. Nothing no comment thank you back. All good from us, but will never ever go back. Little does she know were doing full bathroom and kitchen reno. Her loss.

We had a great experience with the Tile Depot. The showroom is beautiful and so is their selection. Yet the prices are reasonable and comparable to big popular stores, if not even cheaper. The staff is client-oriented, nice and also insightful by providing ideas or solutions we hadn't considered. Will buy again from them if I had another project.

What really stood out was how they didn’t just sell products—they took the time to work with me and help think through different design ideas, always keeping both aesthetics and practicality in mind. Their pricing was also very fair, making them a great cost-effective option without compromising on quality or service. Overall, just a wonderful experience. Highly recommend!
