Absolutely thrilled with my experience at Universal ceramic tiles. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. They took the time to understand my vision and helped me choose the perfect tiles for my kitchen renovation. Highly recommend if you need tiles for renovation. Very reliable business and huge selection of tiles. We came into the store sooo many times with so many questions and Maria was very patient and helpful with us. She spend so much time helping us with matching our tiles. Another reason I gave them 5 stars is because we encountered problems with the tiles after its delivered. We called them up and send them pictures and without a doubt they called the manufacturer and talk to them and they quickly come back with solution and replace the tiles for us. We have so much going on with the renovation and the last thing we need is waste time going back and forth. Definitely recommend this place if anyone doing renovation!

Denis is a very very good salesman. I will be a repeat customer at this business. The store might look like it's about past it's prime but don't let it fool you. My wife and I have been looking for a good tile store in both NY and NJ. We are refinishing our Bathroom. Porcelanosa stores were a rather sterile experience. Designs were nice but it was very hard to finalize a compete design of our bathroom. Some Brooklyn tile stores lacked customer service and dedication. We met Denis and everything fell in place. Got our design down in under an hour. He worked harder than anyone and gave us our space. As a business owner I always respect a salesman that is not jaded by his job in a place like Brooklyn. Good job!

The store is pretty overcrowded with all kinds of tiles. It’s definitely understaffed, but the salesperson ( or owner? Not sure.), Masha, does her best. She is warm, kind, respectful and experienced. She was very helpful. I do recommend visiting Universal Tiles.

The best place for your bathroom remodel. Huge selection of tiles, vanities, shower hardware, toilets, and other items for your project. Best prices. Best customer service. Couldn’t be more happier with this store.
